We have a very clear policy in terms of return, exchange & refund.
- Refund only when the courier doesn't reach to the customer and the product is damaged.
- Always take a video while opening the parcel. Which will be considered as proof.
- Claim your return within 3 days of receiving the product.
- A refund will be credited after we receive the product back in genuine condition.
- A refund will be initiated only when the product is not used.
- The refund process will take 24-48 hours.

If the issue is unresolved, you will have to return the unit to us by courier. We would share return address by email.
We do not cover return courier charges or risk of loss of package in return. You can return with any courier of your choice.

Warranty-approved replacements are dispatched and delivered in 2-4 business days. We would cover the replacement courier charges and take responsibility of delivery.
