We do not have any offline store to keep inventory. Our head office is in Varanasi, where as the products are stored.

Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available.

•  My money was deducted but I did not get any order confirmation ?

Buying process is very simple.

We deliver products in 4-5 Business days after the processing time of 6 hours. 🕛

•  What is the estimated delivery time?

Once the order is accepted, you should receive with within 5 days.

•  Items are broken or damaged, will I get a refund?

We urge you not to accept any delivery if the parcel is in damaged condition. Accept the delivery only if it is seal-packed.

For any missing\ damaged product, unpacking video is a must. You can share it with us on WhatsApp.
